For Splinter, we follow 3 simple steps to post the video online in a way that retains a decent quality, is large, and loads quickly.
1 - take the .mov file we receive and compress it to an mpg4 in Streamclip
(mpg4 makes nicer looking video, but loads poorly online)
2 - we re-save the file using Quick Time Pro as a .mov
3 - load it Indexhibit by inserting the proper dimensions
